Hotel reservations must be made directly with Deerhurst’s Reservations Department by calling 1-800-461-4393. When communicating with the venue please identify yourself as being with the Direct Sellers Association. The room block will be released June 2, 2017 after which time the DSA will be unable to guarantee availability and/or room rate.

Credit Card information or a cheque in Canadian Funds, payable to the DSA, for the full registration fee must accompany this form. This fee is for the conference registration only.
Registration Form may be submitted by emailing to info@dsa.ca or printed and faxed to the DSA at 416-679-1568.
Registration is transferrable with notice to the DSA. Registrations cancelled at any time will be subject to a $225 service charge + 13% HST; there will be no refunds for registrations cancelled after June 1, 2017, no-shows or early checkouts. Refund requests must be made in writing.

By registering for this or any other DSA seminar, meeting or event where a photographer is present, you, the attendee, give DSA permission to use your picture in future promotional materials or other printed pieces.
