Dawn’s professional career began in 1996 and had been entirely focused in the Finance area, with industries including manufacturing and retail sales. Dawn joined PartyLite in November 2007 as the Finance Supervisor, and after 4 successful years, she was promoted to Manager of Business Operations in February of 2012. In March 2016, Dawn moved to managing the North American Customer Service Department.  In February 2017, Dawn moved to supporting the Sales Team. Her role today allows her to work closely with PartyLite’s Business Development Managers and VP of Sales where the focus is on increasing the ISC base and increased Sales.

Dawn has served on the Member Services Committee in 2013 and has been serving on the DSEF board since 2014. She looks forward to continuing to work alongside such a diverse group of people, to help guide the growth of this amazing industry.
