Dawn’s professional career began in 1996 and had been entirely focused in the Finance area, with industries including manufacturing and retail sales. Dawn joined PartyLite in November 2007 as the Finance Supervisor, and after 4 successful years, she was promoted to Manager of Business Operations in February of 2012. In March 2016, Dawn moved to managing the North American Customer Service Department. Her role today allows her to work closely with ISC’s by ensuring that they are provided with exceptional support through Customer Service and field programs.

“My goal is to ensure that every ISC is equipped with the best Customer Support from our office so that they can meet their growth potential, and exceed in their career. I am an advocate for change to better enhance internal systems and processes. I truly feel that the Direct Sales Industry provides countless opportunities to those who seek independent careers, and enjoy “being their own boss”.”

Dawn has served on the Member Services Committee in 2013 and has been serving on the DSEF board since 2014. She looks forward to continuing to work alongside such a diverse group of people, to help guide the growth of this amazing industry.
