Janice is the Vice President of International Business Operations at Pampered Chef, a Berkshire Hathaway company. Pampered Chef helps families come together to enjoy satisfying, stress-free meals. We also empower our 40,000 global consultants to build thriving personal businesses by selling our premier kitchenware products and solutions.

She oversees our business operations outside of the United States, and is charged with bringing the Pampered Chef brand and experiences – which includes more than 500 products and solutions – to our international markets. She opened our Canada operations in 1986 and also has led development and growth in other key markets including the Germany, Mexico and the United Kingdom.

Janice brings more than three decades of leadership and experience in the direct-selling industry, including more than 20 years at Pampered Chef. Her outstanding leadership and performance has been recognized with the Queens Diamond Jubilee Award for her work in the direct-selling education field. Janice also has been honored with the Ivan P. Phelan Award (2015), which is Canada’s highest honor for individuals who have made the greatest contribution to the advancement of the direct selling industry.

She holds a master’s degree in education from Niagara University in Lewiston, NY. Janice also holds a bachelor’s degree in psychology from the University of Western Ontario in London, Ontario.

In addition to serving on the DSA’s Board Janice also serves on the Board of the East Metro Youth Services (vice chair) adolescent mental health and addictions centre in east Toronto. Janice is the Chair for Nabors, a not-for-profit organization that supports special needs adults living semi-independently in the Toronto area. She lives in Toronto with her husband and is the proud mother of two sons. She loves cooking, decorating and gardening.
