Colleen currently holds the position of Head of Legal & Corporate Secretary for Avon Canada Inc.; she is a senior legal officer with over 20 years’ experience in the social selling industry. She is responsible for overseeing Avon Canada’s legal affairs, including amongst other things, corporate, litigation, ethics & compliance and labour & employment. She is a trusted legal advisor who provides strategic legal and business counsel to her clients. Prior to joining Avon, she articled at the Canadian law firm of Heenan Blaikie. She was a board member of the Cosmetics Alliance Canada and of the Direct Selling Education Foundation of Canada. Colleen received a Bachelor of Arts degree in psychology and a law degree (LL.B.) from the University of Montreal.
