When passion meets purpose, magic happens, and Amy Wojda is living proof. In just 18 months, this Saskatchewan wife and stay-at-home mom of three turned her dreams into a thriving business built on hard work, consistency, and heart.

Amy’s journey began with curiosity and courage, but it quickly ignited into a movement. Since joining MONAT Global Canada (MONAT), she has personally sponsored 90 Market Partners and enrolled more than 190 VIP Customers, helping her team grow and climb the ranks right alongside her. Her leadership shone brightly when she attended MONAT’s New Leadership Experience, earning the award for most enrollments, and was later invited back as a guest speaker.

For Amy, leadership starts with example. “If I want others to believe they can do more, I have to show them it’s possible,” she says. Her mantra is simple but powerful: show up as the leader you want to be. 

What makes Amy’s story so relatable is her humility. “I’m not an influencer. I’m just a mom who sells shampoo,” she laughs. Her authenticity has become her superpower, resonating deeply with others who see themselves in her journey. She doesn’t chase followers instead she builds trust. And in doing so, she’s raised awareness for the direct-selling profession as a space where everyday people can create extraordinary lives.

To Amy, success isn’t about titles or accolades. It’s about personal, professional, and spiritual growth. “The numbers happen when you grow,” she says. “You just have to be consistent and never give up.”
