On September 17, DSA Canada brought the energy of Direct Sellers Day directly to living rooms, offices, and communities across the country through an inspiring hour-long YouTube livestream that celebrated the spirit of entrepreneurship, independence, and connection.

More than 300 unique visitors tuned in live to join the celebration which featured uplifting stories, personal reflections, and a strong sense of pride in Canada’s direct selling community.

“Direct Sellers Day is all about celebrating people, their courage, resilience, and entrepreneurial spirit,” said Peter Maddox, President of DSA Canada. “The stories shared this year reminded us that direct selling is a community built on independence, connection, and purpose.”

Event Highlights

This year’s program embodied the #MyIndependentSpirit2025 theme through inspirational personal stories and industry insights from leaders and Independent Sales Consultants.

Key moments included:

• Engaging keynote messages from Natalie Dion (USANA Health Sciences), Alana Leiva (Cutco / Vector Marketing Canada), Marcia Cota (MONAT Global), and Peter Maddox (DSA Canada), highlighting resilience, vision, and leadership in the industry.
• The announcement of the 2025 Independent Sales Consultant (ISC) Award Winners, recognizing excellence in leadership, community impact, and performance.
• A lively virtual celebration, hosted by Isabelle Bossé (Mary Kay Cosmetics) and Victoria Beaune (Plexus Canada), that left viewers feeling proud to be part of Canada’s direct selling community.
