Introduced to the Direct Selling industry in 2007 in her first role as Marketing Supervisor with PartyLite, Stephanie instantly fell in love with the industry – both the people and the purpose, and has never looked back.
After several years as Marketing Manager with PartyLite and then with Lia Sophia, Stephanie couldn’t resist the opportunity to join MONAT Global Canada in 2015 as Director of Marketing to oversee all marketing and communications initiatives for MONAT in Canada. As MONAT Canada’s first employee, Stephanie was instrumental in the launch of the company in Canada in October 2015 and the current growth of the Canadian market.
With previous professional experience working at various large not-for-profits, such as Heart & Stroke Foundation and Junior Achievement, Stephanie’s passion for giving back has led her to personally develop and implement successful cause-related marketing campaigns within the direct selling companies she has worked for that has resulted in increased charity engagement by the field and thus greater annual corporate giveback.
As a strong believer of how the direct selling industry can change lives, and a passion for the world of not-for-profit, Stephanie is honoured to be able to offer her personal and professional talents to the efforts of the DSEF.
